The position requires basic English proficiency and at least 1 year of cleaning experience. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work occasional overtime as needed. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year cleaning industry experience required.
• Basic proficiency in the English language including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb routinely as part of duties.
• Must be able to work weekends and evening shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and specialized cleaning of offices, dormitories, libraries, labs, and facilities.
• Maintains all assigned areas in a clean, orderly, and sanitary manner.
• Sanitizes bathroom surfaces, fixtures, and food handling areas.
• Restocks restroom and kitchen consumables daily.
• Operates floor machines for stripping, waxing, and burnishing surfaces.
• May be assigned to perform residential housekeeping during events.
