Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Custodial Technician for the New Hampshire campus, a 2nd shift onsite role from 3:30pm to 12am EDT. You will perform daily cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance to ensure a safe, hygienic learning environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• 6 months of cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, vacant, and deep cleaning and disinfection of student areas and common spaces.
• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and equipment; stock as needed.
• Follow safety, infection prevention, and FERPA privacy guidelines; promote a culture of safety.
• Assist with onboarding of new Level I technicians and perform special tasks as required.
• Operate housekeeping tools and report maintenance or safety issues.
