Qualifications

• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel throughout the EBR district during the scheduled shift.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality-assurance inspections at assigned schools.
• Ensure custodial work meets HES standards, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee and support night vendor cleaning teams.
• Communicate work expectations and provide guidance to vendor supervisors and team members.
• Document inspection results, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
• Follow up on identified concerns to confirm resolution.
• Monitor cleanliness of classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, cafeterias, gyms, and common areas.
• Respond to school or client concerns professionally and with urgency.
• Communicate with HES leadership regarding site conditions and vendor performance.
• Promote compliance with safety requirements and equipment standards.
