Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Culinary Server for Rosegate Commons Assisted Living in Indianapolis, IN, for a full-time evening shift. You will assist with meal preparation and service, and help maintain a clean, sanitary dining environment for residents.

Join our team to support compassionate care, work collaboratively with culinary leadership, and ensure meals meet dietary requirements while providing a positive resident dining experience.

Qualifications

• Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling preferred; may be earned after hire.
• Commitment to customer service required.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs for a positive dining experience.
• Assist in preparation and portions according to the menu and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace; clean equipment as needed.
