Apple Valley Village Health Care Center in Apple Valley, MN is hiring a part-time Culinary Assistant. You will serve residents, staff and families, helping seniors enjoy their dining experience. This is an entry-level position with training provided.

Evenings shift 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with variety in hours and rotating weekends. Wage ranges from $15.50 to $20.83 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay with experience-based raises, tuition assistance, generous PTO,

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Compassionate, positive attitude, and team player.
• Previous serving/dining experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to deliver quality and nutritious meals.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Support kitchen staff with prep duties.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
