Job summary

Eastgate Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation, part of American Senior Communities in Washington, IN, is hiring a Culinary Aide for part-time evening shifts to assist with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean work environment. This ASC facility focuses on safe, nutritious meals for residents.

You will partner with the culinary team, set up trays, and help with dining room operations while upholding high standards of cleanliness and resident care.

Qualifications

• Commitment to customer service and resident meals quality.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team.
• Preferred sanitation certification; can be earned on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and serving to residents according to menus and diets.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Set up trays and carts for service and transport.
• Wash dishes and assist service staff with clearing trays.
• Support culinary leadership to meet resident dining needs.
