American Senior Communities is hiring a Full-time Culinary Aide at Meadow Lakes in Indiana. You will assist with meal prep, portioning, and service to residents, while helping maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment and uphold dietary requirements.

Qualifications

• Commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and work alongside culinary team and leaders.
• Preferred: Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification.
• Preferred: Prior restaurant server experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and provide a positive dining experience.
• Assist in meal preparation and portioning according to menu and resident diets.
• Set up trays and carts in preparation for service to residents.
• Work with service staff to collect soiled trays and wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace by cleaning equipment as needed.
