The Culinary Aide position at Coventry Meadows (American Senior Communities) is a full-time evening role supporting residents with safe, nutritious meals and maintaining a clean dining and kitchen environment. You will assist with meal prep, portioning, tray setup, and service, working closely with culinary leaders and the kitchen team to deliver a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Preferred sanitation/safe food handling certification (may be earned with ASC).
• Preferred prior restaurant server experience.
• Required: commitment to customer service.
• Required: willingness to perform routine tasks and work with culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' dining needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Assist in meal prep and portioning according to menu and dietary requirements.
• Set up trays and carts for service to residents.
• Support service staff by collecting soiled trays and washing dishes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and work environment.
