Job summary

Center for Community Resources is seeking a Crisis Intervention Supervisor for the Evening shift (4pm–12am) in Cambria County, PA. You will supervise crisis specialists, ensure clinical documentation meets standards, and support program operations to maintain licensure compliance.

The role emphasizes staff training, scheduling, performance reviews, and collaboration with managers and HR. A Bachelor’s degree and mental health experience are required, with rotating weekends and a salary starting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• One year experience in mental health field required.
• Five years of Mental Health experience, or related field with two years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of crisis specialists and ensure licensure compliance.
• Perform duties of crisis intervention supervisor and supervise chart reviews.
• Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate crisis staff coverage and rotating weekend shifts.
• Consult with managers and HR on performance or policy issues and document supervisions.
