Job summary

Center for Community Resources in Cambria County, PA is seeking a Crisis Intervention Supervisor for the evening shift (4pm–12am). You will supervise crisis specialists, ensure licensure compliance, review clinical documentation, and coordinate staffing with managers to guarantee coverage, including rotating weekends.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field and relevant crisis services experience, plus clearances and a PA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• One year of mental health or crisis services experience preferred.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required; valid PA driver’s license and car insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of crisis specialists and ensure licensure compliance.
• Perform duties of a crisis intervention supervisor and review clinical interventions.
• Conduct daily chart reviews to ensure appropriate clinical documentation.
• Oversee staff training, scheduling, and evaluations; communicate performance issues.
• Coordinate crisis staff scheduling with managers; ensure coverage and rotating weekends.
• Consult HR on staff issues and document all supervisee activities.
• Facilitate service coordination with community services and interagency resources.
