Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior kitchen or dietary experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow menus and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares foods per menu created by dietitians for each meal.
• Operates kitchen equipment (mixer, slicer, processor, oven, steamer).
• Cleans surfaces, sweeps floors, stores unused foods.
• Produces meals suitable for elderly and in large quantities.
