Eurest is hiring immediately for full and part time Night Cook positions at Gaylord Opryland, Nashville, TN. Pay range $19.00–$22.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only. Schedule includes days with varying shifts, 3:00 pm–10:00 pm or 9:00 am–6:00 pm.

Prepares food per established standards and ensures quality service at all times. This role involves recipe adherence, portioning, and temperature control, with opportunities to support production and ordering processes.

Qualifications

• Must have cook and/or food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals and prepares for delivery with correct portioning and temperatures.
• Uses established procedures for ticket handling and records from the area.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and service, maintains high cleanliness standards.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and stocked per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
