Sanford Health in Howard Lake, MN is hiring a part-time food service cook for evening shifts (4:00pm–7:00pm, 15 hours weekly). You will prepare, cook, season and portion meals for patients, residents and staff in a facility with 24-hour staffing.

The role includes following recipes, maintaining safety standards and working with a team to ensure quality service. We offer generous night/weekend differentials, advancement opportunities and education assistance; benefits vary by status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reading, writing and basic math skills; six months of experience preferred.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.
• BLS may be required depending on location.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares, assembles and serves food for patients, staff and visitors.
• Maintains food quality, sanitation and HACCP compliance.
• Follows recipes and production sheets and operates kitchen equipment.
• Communicates with team to ensure smooth service and on-time delivery.
• Works independently and in a dynamic healthcare environment.
