Job summary

Castle Peak, a Cassia community, is seeking a Cook to join our care-focused team in Eagle, Colorado. You will plan menus with the Dietary Manager and Regional Dietitian, using fresh ingredients to create nutritious meals. The position requires 1–2 years of commercial cooking experience and adherence to recipes and dietary guidelines.

Shifts are evenings at a full-time status. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $24.38 per hour depending on experience, with a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial cooking experience and ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members.
• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
• Inspect kitchen for safety and sanitation compliance.
• Review planned meals and note special diet requests.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand items.
• Follow diet restrictions and modifications.
