Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Evening Concierge Lounge Attendant for the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, guiding patrons, and maintaining high service standards in the lounge area.

You will greet guests, assist with information about local attractions, and ensure a polished and welcoming environment while adhering to hotel policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Lancaster County Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety and guest well-being.
• Act as an ambassador by providing information about local attractions and hotel services to guests.
• Communicate clearly about hours, directions, car rentals, and shuttle service as needed.
• Summarize and relay information about property amenities and local events to guests.
• Facilitate all transactions to ensure a positive guest experience and maintain stock of snacks and garnishes.
