Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown is seeking an Evening Comp Food Server for part-time shifts, delivering exceptional food and beverage service during the daily Evening Reception, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., in a full-service property connected to the downtown attractions.

You will prepare, replenish, and break down displays, engage with guests, and uphold safety and brand standards while working evenings, weekends, and select holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and select holidays.
• Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, replenish, and break down the Evening Reception snack and beverage displays in accordance with brand standards.
• Clear and maintain glassware, china, and dining areas throughout the event.
• Engage warmly and professionally with guests to enhance their experience.
• Express appreciation for each guest’s visit and encourage their return.
• Complete all responsibilities efficiently and in alignment with established company policies and procedures to support overall departmental goals.
• Follow all hotel safety guidelines and operational policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
