Summit Building Services in Avon, OH, is seeking a part-time janitorial worker for a commercial building, including offices, conference rooms, and a lunch area. The role involves light evening shifts (5pm start, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2.5 hours per shift) with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, floors, and restrooms; restocking supplies; maintaining equipment; and coordinating with the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings and maintain cleanliness of offices and common areas.
• Clean floors, restrooms, and other surfaces as described in duties.
• Maintain equipment and restock supplies; keep janitor's closet organized.
• Communicate with Area Manager about timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations; perform additional duties as assigned.
