Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas: disinfect desks, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, etc.
• Clean floors: dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, pick up objects.
• Clean restrooms: restock dispensers, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors and tiles.
• Maintain organized janitor’s closet and properly separate laundry.
• Keep communication books updated and inform Area Manager as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations; perform additional duties.
