Job summary

Summit Building Services in Columbus, OH seeks a part-time cleaner for the 2nd shift to maintain an office building and its common areas, including private offices, conference rooms, and a kitchen.

You will work 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 5pm–9pm, earning $15.00 per hour. Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a drug test and background check are required; prior janitorial experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices and common areas: disinfect desks and tabletops, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop.
• Clean floors: dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and pick up objects.
• Clean restrooms: restock dispensers, empty trash, sanitize fixtures, mirrors, and floors.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies.
• Maintain organization of assigned areas: separate clean/dirty laundry and keep janitor's closet tidy.
• Communicate with Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.
