Job summary

Jackson Furniture is seeking a Router Operator to produce wooden machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC machine. This role requires concentration, precision, and a focus on safety and quality.

2nd shift hours are 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. You will prepare and operate CNC machines, load materials, verify programs, run test pieces, adjust as needed, and inspect finished parts for dimensions.

Qualifications

• Measuring and math skills required.
• Ability to enter CNC programs into PC and verify information.
• Prior CNC experience preferred.
• Must work 2nd shift and be able to overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce and sort wooden pieces for furniture frames.
• Prepare, maintain and operate CNC machines.
• Load OSB and plywood and run test pieces.
• Verify programs and adjust machines for quality.
