Job summary

3form, Inc. is seeking a full-time CNC Router Operator in Utah to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery for custom architectural projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high-quality results.

The role requires interpreting drawings, tool setup, machine adjustment, and part inspection, with routine PMs. 3form offers benefits and a 9pm–6am shift, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience using a CNC Router in a woodworking factory.
• Ability to set up and change tools.
• Basic knowledge of G-CODE
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Ability to meet deadlines, budgets, and provide quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work between the hours of 9pm to 6am

Responsibilities

• Interpret fabrication drawings, bill of materials and work manuals.
• Set up tools per specified programming and cutting requirements
• Adjust machine settings for tool compensations and material types.
• Check completed parts for quality of cut and critical dimensions.
• Identify concerns or problems with current design or manufacturing process.
• Perform daily, weekly machine PM’s
