Job summary

Blueworx in Tulsa, OK is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brake equipment to produce high-quality, precision sheet metal parts.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, understand technical drawings, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers a four-day workweek, evenings 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, and an 11.5% shift premium.

Qualifications

• Experience with press brake or metal fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brake equipment.
• Read blueprints, layouts, sketches, and work instructions.
• Install punches, dies, and tooling.
• Load and operate CNC programs independently.
• Produce precision parts to spec and tolerances.
• Perform deburring and finishing of parts.
• Inspect work for quality and specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work overtime to meet production.
