Job summary

Advance CNC Machining in Grove City, Ohio is seeking a CNC Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM). You will operate Makino 4- and 5-axis centers, read blueprints, load materials, perform tool changes, and verify parts with precision measuring tools to ensure quality.

Compensation is up to $25/hour DOE, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 at 90 days + $500 at 6 months). Benefits include 401(k) match, generous PTO, holidays, and health insurance options.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Ability to operate CNC machines and maintain quality.
• Proven attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate Makino 4- and 5-axis CNC centers, including some with automation.
• Read blueprints and tolerances; load materials; set offsets.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, CMMs; document production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow processes.
