Job summary

Advance CNC Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist on off shift to produce high-precision parts. The role offers up to $35/hour DOE with a sign-on bonus of $2,500. Shifts include 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) and Weekend shift (Fri–Sun 7:00 AM–7:00 PM).

You will interpret blueprints, operate Makino 4-5 axis centers, load/offset tools, and inspect parts with CMMs and calipers. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, holidays, insurance, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Experience operating 4-5 axis Makino machines is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand geometry and tolerances.
• Operate Makino 4-5 axis CNC milling centers.
• Load materials, secure workpieces, change tools, and set offsets.
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision tools.
• Review CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Complete inspection and production reports for documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus — $1,250 at 90 Days + $1,250 at 6 Months

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

What You'll Do

As an experienced CNC Machinist, you'll bring technical designs to life while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and quality our customers depend on.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting technicaldrawings and blueprints tounderstand part geometry, features, andtolerances.
• Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centres
• Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsetsfor efficient andaccuratemachining.
• Inspecting and measuring finished partsusing calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
• Reviewing and understanding CMM reportsto verify dimensional accuracy.
• Completing inspection and production reportsto ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $35/hour, depending on experience
• 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours
