Job summary

Advance CNC Machining is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for off shift who can bring parts to life with high accuracy. You will interpret drawings, load and operate Makino multi‑axis centers, and ensure stringent quality while following procedures. A strong commitment to detail and teamwork is required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
• Operate Makino 4‑5 axis CNC milling centers.
• Load materials, secure workpieces, change tools, and set offsets for efficient machining.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools; review CMM reports.
• Maintain documentation with production and inspection reports; keep a clean, safe workspace.

CNC Machinist – Off Shift

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus — $1,250 at 90 Days + $1,250 at 6 Months

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Up to $35/hour DOE

What You'll Do

As an experienced CNC Machinist, you'll bring technical designs to life while maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and quality our customers depend on.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting technicaldrawings and blueprints tounderstand part geometry, features, andtolerances.
• Operating multiple Makino 4 & 5-Axis CNC milling machine centres
• Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsetsfor efficient andaccuratemachining.
• Inspecting and measuring finished partsusing calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
• Reviewing and understanding CMM reportsto verify dimensional accuracy.
• Completing inspection and production reportsto ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $35/hour, depending on experience

• 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours
