HPC-Industrial, located in La Porte, TX, is seeking a CNC Operator to join our safety-focused team. You will set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, select tools, and adjust settings to ensure part accuracy. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong teamwork.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm with overtime on weekends and holidays. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, plus 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines per job specs.
• Read drawings and determine machining operations.
• Select tools, materials, and fixtures.
• Adjust machine settings for accuracy.
• Monitor operations and troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Inspect finished parts to meet specs.
• Adhere to safety, ISO requirements, and quality policies.
• Communicate issues to team and management.
• Attend meetings and contribute input.
