Job summary

BioHorizons is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a Monday–Friday 2pm–11pm shift. The role involves handling Vulcan Custom Dental orders, processing to customer specs, and supporting digital dentistry manufacturing initiatives.

You will perform CAM processing of dental prostheses and participate in related validations, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery. Candidates should have strong computer skills, experience in machining (Haas controls preferred), and comfort in a production

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills required.
• Machining background is desirable and Haas controls experience preferred.
• CNC machining and manufacturing environment familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to maintain quality and consistency of manufactured products.
• Use developed machining strategies, fixtures, and tooling for production.
• Communicate with management on workflow and capacity.
• Ensure established turnaround times for products are achieved.
• Perform CAM processing of dental prostheses per customer specifications.
• Participate in CAM production-related qualifications including Installation, Operation, and Process Validations.
• Work with outside suppliers as needed.
