Job summary

ROE Dental Laboratory is seeking a CAM Technician to join our team in Independence, OH. The ideal candidate has strong computer skills, understands file structures, and demonstrates good organization.

Responsibilities include operating milling machines, orienting parts with build prep software, and collaborating to optimize production workflows while delivering high-quality prosthetics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of CAM / Milling is a plus but not required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are important.
• Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multiple milling machines.
• Use build preparation software to orient and support parts for printing or milling.
• Optimize print or mill settings and workflow with colleagues.
• Manage facility workflow to maximize resources and ensure on-time delivery with quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, supplies and consumables for printing machines and mills.
• Contribute to CAM projects through milling execution and test program support.
