Job summary

Prince Industries LLC seeks an experienced CNC Operator to setup, program, and run CNC machinery for metallic and non-metallic parts. Proficiency in G-code, GD&T, and CAD/CAM software is essential.

The candidate will work under minimal supervision and demonstrate strong leadership within the shop. The role requires reading blueprints, handling materials safely, and maintaining quality standards per ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Understanding blueprints and GD&T at a proficient level.
• Experience with CNC milling and machine setup.
• Able to read, write, and speak English in a noisy environment.
• Strong attention to safety and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Load/unload materials safely.
• Measure with instruments to meet tolerances.
• Operate CNC mills with minimal assistance.
• Perform tool wear offsets and shift operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop.
• Contribute to process improvements.
