Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Essentia Living Center in Fosston, MN. The CNA works the evening shift (2:00 pm–10:30 pm) averaging 36 hours weekly with every-other weekend and holiday rotations.

You will assist with hygiene, nutrition, and safety, supporting residents in a respectful, compassionate manner. Requirements include completion of a recognized nurse aide training program and current state registration.

Qualifications

• Must have a recognized nurse aide training program and current state registry.
• Experience providing personal hygiene and basic nursing tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to skilled nursing residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and nutrition needs.
• Monitor resident safety and report changes to shift nurse.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
