Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Support infection prevention and PPE protocols and maintain care plans.
