Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Davenport is scheduled for 8-hour evening shifts, full-time, 40 hours per week, in a long-term care setting. You will provide resident-centered care under the supervision of a registered nurse and help with daily living activities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• CNA certification required or in process within four months of start date.
• Continuing education credits are required annually.
• May be classified as Sanford Category II Driver where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and vital signs.
• Document interactions and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Support infection prevention practices and PPE use.

Education
