Job summary

Baptist Senior Family is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in our Pittsburgh area facility. You will support daily living activities, monitor health, and document care while maintaining residents’ dignity and independence.

The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time new hires, a pay rate of $20–$23 per hour plus shift differentials, and a traditional full-time schedule (3:00pm–11:00pm with every other

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state.
• Experience in senior care is a plus.
• Passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support residents during meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Monitor health and report changes to the nursing team.
• Encourage independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Help with mobility and exercises including repositioning and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Build relationships with residents and families, fostering trust.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Pay Rate:

$20 - $23 per hour + shift differentials

Work Schedule:

Full-Time: 3:00pm - 11:00pm, and every other Weekend

Part-Time: 11:00pm - 7:00am, and every other weekend

What You’ll Do: CNA
