What You’ll Do:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support residents with housekeeping, laundry, and dining needs to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents’ physical, cognitive, or emotional status.
  • Escort residents to dining areas, activities, and appointments while fostering a sense of independence.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and supportive community by maintaining professional communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Provide comfort and companionship to residents, enhancing their quality of life through kindness and respect.
Requirements

Qualifications You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED with an understanding of the aging process and dementia‑related diseases.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow policies, procedures, and safety rules.
  • Strong communication skills to write routine reports and correspondence effectively.
  • Capacity to complete the Department of Human Services (DHS) required online caregiver training.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions with care and efficiency.
Work Schedule:

Part‑Time, Weekends Only (Every Saturday and Sunday)

The following shifts are available:

  • 6:30 am – 3:00 pm EST
  • 11:00 pm – 7:00 am EST
