Job summary

Cantata Adult Life Services, Brookfield, IL, is seeking compassionate leaders for a part of our non-profit community focused on enriching the lives of older adults. This full-time RA/CNA role covers a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM shift with a rotating schedule across weeks, requiring flexibility and dedication to resident well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, transportation, meal support, and ongoing communication with staff.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team.
• Must read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist new residents orientation to apartments and common areas.
• Provide support to residents to remain independent.
• Assist with ADLs as determined by service package.
• Assist with wheelchair transportation on campus.
• Support activities and transport residents as needed.
• Provide medication reminders when required.
• Maintain daily logs of services provided.
