Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is hiring for a Resident Assistant or CNA on a full-time schedule (2 p.m. - 10 p.m.) in State College, Pennsylvania. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal supervision, and participating in activity programs.

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days is required. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and completion of an approved personal care aide program per state

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Assist residents to and from dining and activities.
• Provide emotional support during move-in and transitions.
• Follow confidentiality and reporting procedures for resident information.
