Napa Valley Care Center in Napa, CA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the PM/Evening shift. Earn $21.00-$22.00 per hour with DOE and enjoy consistent PM scheduling, strong leadership, and opportunities for growth.
Join a compassionate team delivering resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. CNA certification in California and a willingness to support residents with ADLs is required; BLS/CPR is preferred. We welcome newly certified CNAs to apply.
Formación
- Current California CNA certification required.
- BLS/CPR certification preferred.
- Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care or Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- New CNAs are encouraged to apply.
Responsabilidades
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility).
- Provide resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort and independence.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to licensed staff.
- Take and document vital signs as assigned.
- Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional support.
