Napa Valley Care Center in Napa, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the AM shift. The role offers competitive pay of $21.00-$22.00 per hour and both full-time and part-time opportunities with a consistent day shift.

Join a supportive nursing leadership team and contribute to high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation care for residents. This position is in person at Napa Valley Care Center.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Post-Acute Care, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• New graduates and newly certified CNAs encouraged to apply

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
• Record vital signs and resident information as assigned
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional support
• Respond promptly to resident call lights
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Accurately document care provided
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
