Job summary

• CNA certification required or equivalent licensure.
• CPR certification (AHA) within 60 days of hire.
• MOAB class required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Collects basic health data as directed by a licensed nurse.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, nutrition, mobility).
• Maintains infection control precautions and documents care per policy.
• Ensures accurate, timely documentation of patient information.
