Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• AHA CPR certification obtained within 60 days of hire.
• MOAB class required within 60 days of hire.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Active CNA or equivalent licensure from MA or out of state.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under direction of a licensed nurse.
• Collects basic health data as directed by a nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment and accurate documentation.
• Communicates patient needs and care details to the health care team.
