Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. in Burlingame is hiring a Caregiver to join our family-owned team serving residents at Burlingame Villa. The PM shift 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., 2–3 times per week, offers $19.00 per hour and a chance to make a daily impact with seniors.

As the key hands-on caregiver, you’ll assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, mealtimes and comfort, maintain charts, follow care plans, and participate in trainings. A First-Aid certification and a HS diploma are expected; CNA/HHA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Physical examination and tuberculin test within 7 days after hire.
• DSS requires fingerprints and criminal conviction affidavit for background check.
• First-Aid certification must be current.
• Caregiving skills and ability to care for multiple residents.

Responsibilities

• Know location and disposition of residents under care.
• Keep residents clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Maintain tidy, orderly resident rooms and belongings.
• Document care plans and shift notes accurately.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance.
• Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings.
• Follow care schedules and posted messages.
