Job summary

Burlingame Senior Living is seeking Caregivers and Med Techs to join our care team in Burlingame, CA. Wages start at $19.50 for Caregivers and range from $20.50 to $21.00 for Med Techs, with schedule options including PM and NOC shifts.

Responsibilities include ADL support, medication assistance, safety checks, and clear documentation. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to obtain CPR certification, and possess excellent communication and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Empathy and warm bedside manner when interacting with residents.
• Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain accurate records of care.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Respond promptly to pendant calls and alarms.
• Maintain care records and communicate resident status to the nursing team.
• Assist with meal preparation, nutrition, and dining-related tasks.
• Follow care plans and report changes in condition to supervisors.
