Job summary

Southfield Village, part of Greencroft Communities in South Bend, IN, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for evening shifts. You’ll provide hands-on care to residents, help with daily activities, and support nurses and teammates to ensure dignity and comfort.

Base pay is $19.46–$21.74 per hour with an additional $2.00/hour evening shift differential. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes reliability, compassion, and teamwork in a faith-based, nonprofit community focused on resident

Qualifications

• Coordinate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure consistent resident care.

Position at a Glance

• Employment: Full-Time
• Shift: Evening
• Hours: 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
• Location: Southfield Village, South Bend, IN
• Schedule: Consistent full-time hours

Pay & Shift Premiums

Base pay: $19.46–$21.74 per hour

Additional compensation includes:

What You'll Bring to the Role

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands‑on assistance while getting to know the residents you care for. You’ll help with everyday needs, pay attention to changes in condition, and make sure residents feel heard and respected.
