Job summary

Sanford Health in Hillsboro, ND is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. Evening shifts from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, 24 hours weekly, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Training is provided to obtain CNA certification, and a generous sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants. The NA will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred but not required.
• CNA certification required within four months of starting.
• Minimum age 16; prior care experience preferred.
• Must complete annual competency testing and continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, range of motion, and mobility support.
• Record vital signs and document care in the resident chart.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and meal-time assistance.
• Support infection prevention and PPE use as directed.
