Job summary

United Church of Christ Homes in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time CNA for the evening shift (3pm-11pm) to assist residents with daily nursing care per care plans and as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be a PA Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Prior experience in resident care is beneficial.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers).
• Support with mobility and positioning to prevent skin breakdown.
• Record vital signs and report abnormal findings to supervisors.
• Provide and receive nursing reports during shift changes.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control guidelines.
