Job summary

Sunshine Health Facilities is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care, follow care plans, and maintain accurate documentation. The role includes evening shifts Monday through Friday, with opportunities to contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Requirements include a Washington Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide License and CPR (on hire). We offer benefits and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide License.
• CPR certification (can get on hire).

Responsibilities

• Follow established performance standards and nursing service policies.
• Identify resident problems and report to HUC.
• Provide direct resident care as assigned and document timely.
• Identify hazards and take corrective action.
• Document care in EMR and monitor resident responses.
• Attend classes and complete assignments as assigned.
• Assist with meals and feeding per plan of care.
• Assist residents with bathing, toileting, oral care, and mobility.
