Homewood Living Plum Creek is seeking staff for the Evening Shift. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $20.25–$21.75 with benefits including PTO, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision/life insurance, retirement contributions, and licensure reimbursement.

The position provides daily living activities for residents under licensed supervision and emphasizes confidentiality, safety, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Listed on the state registry as a Nursing Assistant within 120 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Provides activities of daily living care to residents under licensed staff supervision.
• Treats resident information as confidential.
• Assists in personal hygiene tasks (bathing, shaving, clothing, nails, toilets).
• Provides clean, dry linen and makes beds.
• Encourages proper nutrition and assists with feeding.
• Performs resident treatments as assigned within nursing scope.
• Records resident information concisely and reports changes.
• Participates in resident care planning.
• Promotes activities of daily living per care plan.
• Supports lifts and transfers per the Lift Free Program.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
