Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• CNA certification required or in process within four months of date into position.
• Maintains continuing education credits (12 hours annually).
• May be classified as Sanford Driver per role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, meals, and vital signs.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Document resident interactions and changes to the charge nurse.
• Support wellness and recreational programs and participate in committees as needed.
