Job summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Society Hutchinson Village serves as a caregiver to residents during the 5p–12a shift. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, assist with daily living activities, and support the care team under supervision of an RN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process of obtaining certification within four months; training provided by facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, transferring, positioning, and walking.
• Record vital signs and document resident interactions.
• Assist with meals and dining; monitor intake and provide hydration as needed.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE usage; participate in wellness and recreation programs.
