Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a full-time Nursing Assistant to join our Maryland facility, providing routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans. Evening shift (2:00PM - 10:00PM) is available with Tuesday-Saturday scheduling.

You will follow established procedures, document care, and support residents’ comfort and safety. Responsibilities include identifying residents, reporting changes, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with nurses to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Identify residents and verify identity before treatments.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care needs.
• Support residents with meals, mobility, and safety.
• Follow safety policies and infection control procedures.
